In collaboration with The Trops and curated by Joaquin Soto and Ye Qin Zhu, 𝗔𝗿𝘁 𝗗𝗿𝗼𝗽𝘀: 𝗔 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗰𝗲 is a multi-sited art exhibition that encourages us to explore the relationship our bodies have with the physical spaces we frequent.
We invite you to Havenly at 25 Temple Street, New Haven, to explore the depth of Jihyun Lee’s work and experience 1/3 locations of the Art Drops!
𝐒𝐩𝐢𝐧𝐨𝐥𝐚 𝐇𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬_𝐌𝐚𝐫𝐜𝐡, 𝐀𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐥 on display at Havenly now until 𝗝𝗨𝗡𝗘 𝟯𝟬𝘁𝗵!
Composed of two canvas panels, 60 by 60 inches each, this work is mounted on an angular frame custom-made for Havenly Cafe.
Jihyun Lee completed the artwork during March and April of 2020, in the midst of the pandemic:
